PAYMENT METHODS
Full payment must be processed at the time of order. Accepted payments are processed by credit card for American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or via your bank account.

SALES TAX
We are NOT required to collect sales tax on deliveries throughout the US, except for California, where we have a business location. Only for California orders, your shopping cart and invoice will show sales tax.

SHIPPING
We ship using FedEx Ground, Two Day and Overnight. FREE SHIPPING is automatically selected for any order of $300 or more, and is only available with shipping via FedEx Ground.

We ship from Monterey, California, to any destination in the United States.

Please allow 1-2 days for handling and processing before shipping commences. If you have a special shipping request that requires rush handling or if you are concerned about when your order will ship or be delivered, please call us Toll-Free at (888) 322-6383 or contact us by email at customerservice@ecochiccoool.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request (additional shipping charges may apply).

If you place your Internet order over the weekend, or during an observed holiday, your order will be processed on the next business day.

RETURN POLICY
Please call us Toll-Free at (888) 322-6383 or send us an email to customerservice@ecochiccoool.com before shipping your return to obtain your return authorization number (RMA). After you have contacted us for your RMA number, we will email you a return shipping label. If you are not able to print it out, we will send it to you via US mail.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return or request for exchange within 21 days of date of purchase. All returned merchandise must be returned as received in their original undamaged condition, unused, and resealable condition and packaging for full credit. To qualify the item must be RECEIVED by us with an RMA within 21 days of the date of purchase. Personal care items must be unopened and unused to be returnable. We will gladly accept returns of apparel, but returns must have tags and be clean, unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund. No refunds can be issued for store credits. Please note that we make final decisions upon examination of returns when the item is in our possession.

SALE and/or CLEARANCE items are only eligible for store credit or exchange. Refunds can not be issued for SALE or CLEARANCE. Note: We are not able to offer price adjustments (a refund for the difference paid) for items that go on sale shortly after they may have been purchased at the regular price.

Special request orders are non-refundable for credit or otherwise, unless damaged in transit, in which case the item would be replaced at no charge.

REFUNDS
Credit card refunds are made after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within 2 to 3 weeks. Please note that your banking institution may require additional time to process and credit your account once they have received the information from us. We’ll notify you of your refund once we’ve received, inspected, and processed the returned item.
